Welcome to Tribe Salon. By accessing our website, online scheduling systems, or receiving services at any of our branches, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Tribe Salon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any hair, skin, or makeup services at any time. Prices displayed on our menu or booking forms are starting estimates. Final pricing is customized based on hair length, density, treatment difficulty, and products selected, and will be agreed upon with your stylist prior to the session.
When requesting a reservation or submitting a consultation intake form, you agree to:
Payments for services rendered are collected offline in-person at the branch venue upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved mobile UPI payments. Estimated prices displayed during booking do not include local taxes where applicable.
You agree not to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features of our booking platform, submit false claims, write abusive or defamatory language in special request forms, or attempt unauthorized access to our backend servers.
All content, designs, logos, typography, styling, images, and text displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Tribe Salon, unless credited otherwise. Copying, republishing, or distributing any of these visual materials without explicit written authorization is strictly prohibited.
Tribe Salon is not responsible for any adverse reactions, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from a failure to disclose active hair/skin sensitivities or chemical histories in the pre-session consultation form. Our liability for any service dispute is strictly limited to the value of the service fee paid.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our booking services or physical branches following any adjustments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
